Dated this 25th day of the 8th month in the year of our Creator
Two Thousand Seven.

Sir, we are in dire need of assistance in
exiting the economy and liberating ourselves from the Government of
Jamaica’s dominion. We have privatized our intellectual property by
filing a commercial lien (UCC-1 financing statement) attached with
a perfected/Firm Security Agreement against this intangible chattel
property with the Secretary of State of Washington. Our file number
2006-048-5098-2 is evidence that we are the supreme claimants in
regards to all commercial transactions pertaining to this private
property.

We have expressed our knowledge and evidence of the
citizen/corporate concept used to commercialize Human Beings into
21st century commercial mental slaves. Our registered
correspondences to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs And Foreign
Trade, Senator Anthony Hylton and Minister of State, Mr. Delano
Franklyn, diplomatically requesting to be released from the
economy, has gone unanswered for eleven excruciating months.

We have formally renounced our citizenship status to the bankrupt
Government of Jamaica Corporation by Notarized Affidavit submitted
to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs And Foreign Trade, Minister of
State, Mr. Delano Franklyn and his failure to acknowledge and
accommodate us with unofficial-honorary ambassadorship-credentials
shows physical proof of negligence in observing the “great charter”
Universal Declaration for Human Rights.

Section 2: citizenship, of the Jamaica (Constitution) Order in
Council 1962 provides remedy as Parliament left provisions for any
person to renounce their citizenship status. The constitution
protects citizens, Nationals, habitual residents, and dwellers. We
are renounced citizens from the Government of Jamaica dominion, who
are now stateless and displaced Human Beings that seek to
expatriate to our home land. We are Sovereign Jamaican Nationals of
African Ancestry, by birthright and by Law, who now declare to be
exercising our Right to change Nationality under the Universal
Declaration for Human Right so we can be recognized as foreign born
Sovereign Ethiopian Nationals.

The renunciation form that we received from the passport office
solicits a cost of $30,000 Jamaican bank notes which is extortion
and forced servitude. Since the great depression, the passage of
the 1933 Monies Act in Jamaica or House Joint Resolution 192 June 5
1933 in U.S, it has been against public policy for any Creditor to
demand payment in any kind of coin or currency. This legislative
move by Congress suspended the gold and silver or commodity base of
the currency and eliminated the ability to ‘pay a debt’ while
introducing a new mechanism for ‘discharging debt obligations’
using debt instruments, promissory notes, valueless commercial
paper money or under public policy. These are all means of
tendering payment in Commerce.

We understand that all the people’s assets and property were
collateralized into a commercial bond or Consolidated Fund and this
can be used as another means of tendering payment for discharging
personal expenditures, which are statutory expenditures/redemption
monies under the Jamaican constitution.

We are Not involved in Commerce in any way, shape, or form. We do
not buy, sell, or trade; nor do we work to earn valueless
commercial paper or anything within the economy. We are Sovereign
Spiritualists, Human Beings of African Ancestry that are protected
by the constitution and are still entitled travel documents from
the Government of Jamaica who controls the ports.

We have traced our roots to the maroons that were granted
diplomatic immunity under the 1838 Maroon Treaty and further to the
Solomonic bloodline in Ethiopia . The Ethiopian in us will die
fighting for FREEDOM before we accept citizenship/slaveship status
from any bankrupt, juristic, Government Corporation. We seek the
establishment of our sovereign independence from the tentacles of
Government Tyranny and Redemption from commercial Hell.

Our goals to self expatriate from the status of citizens, then
repatriate as Sovereign Spiritualist-Human Beings who claims
protection under our father’s Universal Declaration for Human
Rights, and finally to seek self reparations from the Government of
Jamaica’s Diplomatic Accreditation Procedures.

We believe modern day commercial physical/mental slavery is real
and outlawed by the Universal Declaration for Human Rights.
Citizens negotiate private commercial paper like professional
merchants while fatally unaware of the jurisdictional shift for
such callousness. The currency has no intrinsic value and there is
no obligation for anyone to ‘pay a debt’ since the great depression
of the 30s’.

We are modern day commercial mental slavery abolitionists who are
destined to exit the economy and Minister the Word of God as a
service to our brothers and sisters who are still mentally,
spiritually, and physically lost in a Commercial World that
worships valueless private debt instruments/paper money as GOD. A
mass exodus for spiritual believers can be possible in the
millennium once I am accredited these unofficial honorary
ambassadorial credentials.

Our ancestors taught us to utilize Astrology for guidance.
History tells us that we are moving from under the 6000 years
rulership of the GOD of Commerce, Mercury. This shall result in the
destruction of the created commercial world, in other words; the
U.S. stock market will have a mega crash and plummet worldwide.
This design of bankruptcy is orchestrated by the powerful,
influential people who created it. All who ignorantly depend on
paper money as their gold will suffer great loss worse than the
1930s’ when there weren’t any computers and the world was less
populated.

Spiritual believers deserve our spiritual wealth in this time of
Redemption. Our belief in our Creator’s purpose does not include
working and paying taxes as a corporate subject, citizen, nor to
work and earn valueless private commercial paper or credit owned by
private corporations.

We instinctively believe our purpose to serve humanity with all
our unconditional LOVE. We seek to secure our international Human
Rights as our prophet, Bob Marley, tuned many years ago for us to
overstand today’s commercial physical/mental slavery economy.

Our suffering within the Jamaican economy has become unbearable
due to our boycotting and refusing to be active participants in
Commerce. We believe in the Creator and his purpose for us to serve
humanity, and we believe in the Universal Declaration for Human
Rights that grants us inalienable, Rights and Freedoms. We also
would like to assert that we are no longer human beings who subject
themselves voluntarily by tacit agreement, thru social adhesion
contracts, then branded with a first word terminology of a
corporate slave, citizens.

We declare to be Human Beings that are inviolable under the
‘magna carta’ “great charter” Universal Declaration for Human
Rights and deserve our Right to be recognized by our elevated legal
status of Ethiopian nobility.

We need assistance from Noble Human Rights Attorneys to help us
attain these diplomatic credentials, so that the God of Ethiopia’s
creations/children can be released from this bankrupt Commercial
World. Our life mission is to carry on the Creators work, which is
Ministering the Word of God: One Love Amongst All People, As All
People Were Created out of the Creator’s One Love- our tribute in
honoring His Imperial Majesty Ras Tafari Makonen’s basic Human
Rights and Justice for ALL.

Help us to make our destination home to the African Union, Adis
Abeba , Ethiopia so that the Nation of Jah Ras Tafari becomes fully
protected under our father’s ‘great charter’. May the Love and
blessings of the Creator pass Rightful judgment in your heart, so
we can begin to enjoy our Rights to Life, Liberty , and security of
persons as according to the Universal Declaration for Human Rights.
